The Pre-Licensed Clinician's Guide to Listing in Mental Health Directories is a record with a date on it — and it is one region of a much larger map. Print cannot update itself when a directory changes its pricing, its terms, or who it will accept, and directories do all three without notice. The Map Room is where the whole territory lives: the guide's hand-vetted directories kept current as corrections land, inside a working collection now approaching four hundred — searchable by license family, state, cost, language, modality, and the population each one was built to serve.
Directories are only the first wing. The same audit method is already mapping the credential landscape — hundreds of certifications recorded with their issuers, training hours, exam requirements, fees, and the directories that gate on them — so the question that follows “where do I list” (what a credential actually requires, and from whom) can be answered from evidence instead of advertising. The method does not change from wing to wing: every entry checked by a licensed psychologist with no stake in where you sign up, and not one dollar of placement, sponsorship, or affiliate compensation accepted from anyone listed.

About the code printed in the guide
When the Map Room opens, access will be by subscription, anticipated at around $79.95 per year. The code printed in the guide is real and recorded: $35 off the first year, a thank-you for being an early adopter. It activates when the directory opens — there is nothing to redeem on this site yet.

If a directory detail has changed, closed, or the details are just incorrect in the listing — or you found one this map does not carry — pin it here. Every report is reviewed by hand. Document a directory genuinely new to the map, and a $5 code toward your next yearly subscription comes back with the thank-you — per directory found, so three genuinely new finds are worth $15, up to at most the full price of one year's subscription. A find counts only if it survives the same vetting every directory on this map has passed — and that judgment stays with the map's editor. Like the code printed in the guide, the finders reward activates when the Map Room opens — the map takes reports now; codes are issued once there is a subscription to apply them to. National associations, and the state and local branches thereof, are not covered by the finders reward. An email address is only needed if you want the reply. A note in the margins: there are hundreds of directories that have not been published because they do not accept, or do not fit, pre-licensed clinicians. These will be available for viewing in the live directory, and are likewise not subject to the finders reward.
